Authorizes up to $520,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund the Mississippi County Sheriffs Radar Speed Detection Equipment Loan Fund, with bonds prohibited from being issued after July 1, 2030

Expands authority for sheriffs and deputies to use radar speed detection equipment on public roads in designated school zones and work zones, which was previously restricted primarily to the Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol and certain municipal officers

Defines "school zone" as roadway segments approaching or adjacent to school buildings where school-related activities occur, and "work zone" as construction or maintenance areas marked by warning signs

Effective date is July 1, 2026
