Authorizes the City of Waynesboro, Mississippi to levy additional assessments on municipal court convictions to fund city building infrastructure repairs, construction, operation, furnishing, technology, and maintenance

Assessment amounts capped at $50 per misdemeanor conviction or non-adjudication, excluding DUI offenses

DUI convictions and non-adjudications under Section 63-11-30 may be assessed up to $150 each

Funds may be used as matching funds for grants related to construction, repairs, and upgrades of city buildings

The authorization expires and repeals automatically on July 1, 2030
