Adds three new nitazene-class synthetic opioids to Schedule I: Butonitazene, Flunitazene, and Metodesnitazene, which are potent benzimidazole-based opioids similar to other already-scheduled nitazenes like isotonitazene and metonitazene.

Amends Section 41-29-113 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs the state's Uniform Controlled Substances Act Schedule I classifications.

Schedule I substances are classified as having no legitimate medical use and high potential for abuse or harm under Mississippi law.

The bill has passed the House and was referred to the Senate Drug Policy Committee for further consideration.
