Requires the Mississippi Commissioner of Public Safety to add firearm endorsement designations ("CCP" or "EHP") to driver's licenses, temporary driving permits, and commercial driver's licenses for individuals licensed to carry concealed firearms

Applies to holders of concealed carry permits under Section 45-9-101 or enhanced carry permits under Section 97-37-7(2)

Licensees must present their firearm permit in person at a Mississippi Department of Public Safety Driver's License Station to receive the endorsement

Effective date is July 1, 2026
