Authorizes up to $825,000 in state general obligation bonds for Grant-Wuichet Park improvements (walking track extension, concession stand expansion, restrooms, baseball field upgrades) and road repairs/resurfacing throughout the Town of Plantersville, Mississippi.

Authorizes up to $125,000 in bonds for paving the Plantersville Community Center parking area, playground upgrades, and installation of above-ground commercial storm shelters at both the Community Center and Grant-Wuichet Park.

Authorizes up to $700,500 in bonds for the town's fire department, including a new fire truck, building renovations, 911 radios, and turnout gear for firefighters.

Authorizes up to $300,000 in bonds for the police department, including a new building, three Ford Explorer vehicles with equipment, radios, computers, office furniture, firearms, and a gun safe.

All bonds must be issued before July 1, 2030, may not exceed 25-year terms, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi with effect date of July 1, 2026.
