Authorizes issuance of up to $1,486,100 in state general obligation bonds to fund street overlay projects in the City of Okolona, Mississippi

Covers construction, engineering, and related costs for overlaying 11 streets: Park Lane, Adams Avenue, Murphy Street, Chenault Street, Hawkins Street, Forest Drive, Lee Circle, Dawson Street, Okolona Terrace, Gatlin Street, and Hillcrest Street

Creates the "2026 City of Okolona Street Overlay Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may have maturity terms up to 25 years and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond issuance authority expires July 1, 2030, with the act taking effect July 1, 2026
