Requires overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for employees earning $455.00 or less per week, with no exemptions for manual laborers, blue collar workers, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, emergency responders, and similar occupations regardless of salary

Maintains existing state law prohibiting counties and municipalities from establishing their own local minimum wage rates or mandatory vacation/sick day requirements

Directs that employers and employees not specifically addressed in the bill fall under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act
