Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-1-35 to codify required identifying information on driver's licenses, including date of birth, sex, race, natural eye color, natural hair color, weight, height, and residential address

Allows licensees to optionally include their blood type on the reverse side of their driver's license, provided they present medical documentation verifying the blood type at issuance or renewal

Maintains existing optional designation for organ donor preference on the reverse side of the license

Effective date is July 1, 2026
