Authorizes issuance of up to $200,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the Town of Bruce, Mississippi with water shut off replacements

Creates the "2026 Town of Bruce Water Cut off Replacements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury, with unexpended amounts and investment earnings retained in the fund

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest payable semiannually or annually, and are exempt from all Mississippi taxation

State Bond Commission serves as issuing agent with authority to determine bond terms, sale method, and pricing

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030; effective date is July 1, 2026
