Requires the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to create a publicly searchable database of law enforcement officer misconduct and performance issues by January 1, 2027

Database must include records of officer untruthfulness, certification revocations, terminations for cause, and resignations or retirements while under investigation

Officers with three or more failures to complete required training within a 10-year period and those under criminal investigation for charges that could affect certification must be listed

Law enforcement officers may request review of their database entries and have erroneous information removed upon providing supporting evidence

Law enforcement agencies must report required information to the Office of Standards and Training, which must update the database at least monthly
