Authorizes up to $4,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the City of Holly Springs, Mississippi, with construction, furnishing, and equipping of a wellness and aquatics center and related facilities

Creates the "2026 City of Holly Springs Wellness and Aquatics Center Construction Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bond income and the bonds themselves are exempt from all state taxation in Mississippi

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030
