Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, and restoration of the Rosenwald School in Marshall County, Mississippi

Creates the "2026 Rosenwald School - Marshall County Repair and Renovation Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue, with interest paid semiannually or annually, and are exempt from all Mississippi taxation

The State Bond Commission will oversee bond issuance, including determining sale method, advertising for bids, and managing all related costs from bond proceeds

No bonds may be issued under this act after July 1, 2030
