Creates the "Mississippi United States Supremacy Clause Enforcement Act" to prohibit Mississippi courts from enforcing foreign laws, including Sharia law, that conflict with the U.S. Constitution, Mississippi Constitution, or state/federal laws

Voids contract provisions involving marriage or parent-child relationships that require application of foreign law if such application would violate constitutional rights guaranteed by U.S. or Mississippi constitutions

Prohibits courts from enforcing judgments, decrees, or arbitration decisions that rely on foreign law violating state or federal law, particularly in matters of marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, or inheritance

Redefines "foreign judgment" to exclude any judgment from jurisdictions outside the United States or its territories, and excludes judgments from other U.S. states that apply foreign law

Prohibits landlords from adopting lease terms that apply foreign laws conflicting with state or federal law, and bars real property contracts from being subject to laws of another country

Takes effect July 1, 2026
