Appropriates $100,000,000 from the State General Fund to Coahoma Community College and Mississippi Delta Community College for campus facility repairs, restoration, improvements, and maintenance through June 30, 2027

Allocates $50,000,000 to each community college, distributed equally between the two institutions

Funds may be used for renovation of historic buildings, infrastructure upgrades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), student housing improvements, modern academic spaces and laboratories, campus safety systems, and energy efficiency projects

Requires each college to develop a comprehensive plan with specific timelines for repair and restoration work as a condition of receiving funds

Mandates annual reports to the Legislature detailing progress, expenditures, and any project delays or challenges
