Appropriates $831,000 from the State General Fund to the Board of Trustees of the Delta Health System in Greenville for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $481,000 for procuring and installing 3D digital mammography equipment with biopsy kit and C-arm

Allocates $350,000 for replacing and/or updating hospital infrastructure, specifically a boiler/chiller system that supports sensitive medical equipment

Funds to be disbursed by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer

Takes effect July 1, 2026
