Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce and the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to receive and investigate complaints from any person regarding alleged noncompliance with crawfish and seafood labeling requirements

Requires wholesalers, processors, retailers, and food service establishments to label crawfish and seafood as either "domestic" or "imported," with imported products identified in font at least the same size as the product name

Establishes a tiered civil penalty system: first violation $500-$1,000 (after 3-day correction period), second violation $1,000-$2,000, third violation $3,000-$5,000, fourth and subsequent violations $10,000

Creates criminal penalties for knowing violations, including fines up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment up to six months
