Amends Section 43-13-117 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to add neonatal circumcision procedures to the list of services covered under Medicaid

Adds coverage specifically for circumcision procedures performed on newborns (neonatal circumcision) within the existing Medicaid framework

Requires the Division of Medicaid to provide reimbursement for these procedures subject to state appropriations and federal matching funds
