Requires the Mississippi Commissioner of Insurance to maintain a database of insurance producer licensees aged 65 or older who have submitted affidavits attesting to their qualifications for continuing education exemption

Eliminates the requirement for qualified licensees to submit affidavits with each renewal application; only a one-time affidavit submission is needed if the licensee maintains continuous experience as a licensed insurance producer

Removes the previous reference date of April 17, 2023 for determining eligibility, allowing any licensee who is 65+ with 25 or more continuous years of licensure to qualify for the continuing education exemption

Effective date is July 1, 2026
