Establishes a statewide special election on November 3, 2026, to let voters decide whether to prohibit abortions in Mississippi

Proposes repealing Sections 41-41-45 and 97-3-3 of Mississippi Code, which currently ban abortions except to save the mother's life or in cases of rape

A "Yes" vote maintains the current abortion prohibition; a "No" vote would repeal the ban effective January 1, 2027

Current law exceptions for preserving the mother's life and pregnancies caused by rape would remain the standard referenced in the ballot question
