Authorizes up to $2,500,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist Jackson, Mississippi with Fire Station 5 improvements on North State Street

Funds will cover demolition of the existing Fire Station 5, construction and equipping of a new fire station, and acquisition of a large ladder truck

Limits bond issuance to no more than $850,000 in any single fiscal year, with all bonds to be issued before July 1, 2030

Creates the "2026 City of Jackson - Fire Station 5 Improvements Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and are backed by the full faith and credit of Mississippi, with bond income exempt from state taxation
