Clerk's fee for Title 63 traffic violations (excluding DUI and reckless driving) increases from $5 to $10 initially, then to $12.50, and finally to $15 over the same phased timeline.

Marriage ceremony fee that justice court judges may charge increases from $25 to $50 initially, reaching $75 by July 1, 2028.

Effective date is July 1, 2026.
