Creates "The Mississippi Houston/Hunter Act" to establish a legal framework for firearm hold agreements between federal firearms licensees and individual gun owners

Defines a "Firearm Hold Agreement" as a private transaction where a licensed dealer agrees to take physical possession of an owner's lawfully possessed firearm, hold it for an agreed period, and return it to the owner

Grants civil liability immunity to federal firearms licensees who return firearms to owners at the termination of a hold agreement

Immunity does not apply if the licensee engaged in unlawful conduct related to the hold agreement

Takes effect July 1, 2026
