Requires health insurance policies issued or renewed after July 1, 2026, to cover medically necessary orthotic and prosthetic devices for daily living, job-related activities, personal hygiene, and physical activities like running, swimming, and biking

Limits coverage to no more than 3 devices per affected limb per covered person during any 3-year period, including all materials, components, fabrication, fitting, training, and repairs

Mandates replacement coverage when devices are less than 3 years old if there is documented physiological change, irreparable damage, or repair costs exceed 60% of device cost

Extends the same orthotic and prosthetic coverage requirements to the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan

Requires the Commissioner of Insurance to submit a report to legislative insurance committees by July 1, 2032, detailing claims data from 2026-2030 including total claims submitted, paid, and amounts
