Authorizes issuance of up to $3,570,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair, renovation, reconstruction, expansion, and restoration of the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center at Alcorn State University

Creates the "2026 Alcorn State University Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds

Bonds may mature up to 25 years from date of issue and must be issued before July 1, 2030

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

Effective date is July 1, 2026
