Extends the exemption for the Office of Workforce Development from Public Procurement Review Board requirements related to rental agreements and leasing of real property from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2029

Corrects internal statutory references to subsections that were renumbered due to prior year amendments

Amends Section 27-104-7 of the Mississippi Code to conform with the extended exemption date and extends expiration dates for other unrelated exemptions in that section that were also set to expire in 2026

The exemption allows the Office of Workforce Development to conduct real property leasing for agency business without standard Public Procurement Review Board oversight during the exemption period
