Extends the repealer date on Mississippi's chiropractic licensure law (Sections 73-6-1 through 73-6-31), which governs the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and its regulatory authority over chiropractors

Removes the requirement that chiropractors treating animals must practice under the "direct and immediate supervision" of a licensed veterinarian

Allows certified animal chiropractors to work on a referral basis from veterinarians if they hold certification from the Animal Chiropractic Certification Commission (ACCC) of the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) or the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association

Reenacts existing provisions governing chiropractor licensing requirements, board composition, examination fees, continuing education mandates, and disciplinary procedures
