Applies to examinations of bank holding companies with more than $1 billion in assets that own Mississippi state-chartered banks, including foreign-owned bank holding companies

Commissioner may join Federal Reserve examinations, issue joint examination reports, and participate in related supervisory orders

Prohibits the Commissioner from performing independent examinations of these bank holding companies separate from the Federal Reserve Bank

Banks and bank holding companies incur no costs from the Commissioner's participation in joint examinations
