Directs all Mississippi state agencies to immediately cease providing state funds to any individual or entity affiliated with physicians, medical practices, or organizations that provide or facilitate abortion services

Requires the Division of Medicaid to terminate or decline to renew contracts with any provider not "fully aligned with Mississippi's public policy objectives, including the protection of unborn life"

Excludes from Medicaid participation any provider that performs, refers for, or is affiliated with abortions not permitted under state law, or shares common ownership with entities engaged in abortion-related activities

Mandates all Medicaid providers submit signed attestations disclosing whether they or related entities engage in abortion-related activities as a condition of program participation

Requires implementation within 120 days, including proposed rule changes within 60 days and a written report to the Governor within 150 days detailing actions taken and number of providers affected
