Replaces Mississippi's current percentage-of-income child support model with an income shares model that considers both parents' combined adjusted gross income to determine support obligations.

Establishes a detailed child support schedule with specific dollar amounts based on combined monthly gross income (ranging from $0-950 to $30,000+) and number of children (one through six).

Support amounts in the new schedule range from $100/month at the lowest income levels to over $4,000/month for the highest income brackets with six children.

Maintains child support guidelines as a rebuttable presumption in all judicial or administrative proceedings for awarding or modifying child support in Mississippi.

Brings forward existing statutory provisions (Sections 43-19-39, 43-19-103, and 43-19-105) regarding additional considerations courts may use when calculating child support payments.
