Proposes amending the Mississippi Constitution to establish term limits for state legislators elected after July 1, 2026

Limits members of the House of Representatives to three consecutive four-year terms (12 years maximum), after which they become ineligible to serve in that office again

Limits members of the Senate to three consecutive four-year terms (12 years maximum), after which they become ineligible to serve in that office again

Requires the proposed amendments to be submitted to voters on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November 2026

All four constitutional amendments (Sections 34, 35, 41, and 42) would be voted on as a single ballot measure since they pertain to one subject
