Creates new House Rule 104.1A requiring committee meeting agendas to be published at least 24 hours before standing committee meetings, or 1 hour before non-standing committee meetings

Exempts the Rules Committee, Management Committee, joint or subcommittee meetings, and hearings where no bills will be adopted from the 24-hour requirement

Mandates agendas be published on the Mississippi House of Representatives official website with committee name, meeting date/time, bill short titles, and hyperlinks to bill text

Prohibits any alterations to agendas once published and restricts committees to only addressing items listed on the published agenda

Takes effect immediately upon adoption by the House of Representatives
