Specifies exact Pantone color codes and hexadecimal equivalents for each color in the tartan design

Permits free use of the Mississippi Tartan by any organizations, societies, and individuals affiliated with the state

Takes effect July 1, 2026; the tartan is already registered in the United Kingdom's Scottish Registry of Tartans
