Creates the Mississippi Consumer Data Privacy Act, granting consumers the right to know what personal information businesses collect about them, request deletion of that data, and opt out of the sale of their personal information

Applies to businesses operating in Mississippi with annual gross revenues over $10 million, those handling data of 50,000+ consumers/households/devices, or those deriving 50%+ of revenue from selling personal information

Requires businesses to respond to consumer data requests within 45 days, provide a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link on their website, and maintain toll-free phone numbers for consumer inquiries

Prohibits sale of personal information for consumers under 16 without affirmative consent (from parents for those under 13, or from the consumer if 13-16 years old)

Allows consumers to bring civil actions for data breaches with damages of $100-$750 per incident, and authorizes the Attorney General to impose civil penalties up to $7,500 per violation, effective July 1, 2026
