Repeals over 20 obsolete Mississippi advisory boards, commissions, and councils from state code, including the Arkansas-Mississippi Bridge Commission (established 1950), Bienville Recreational District, Harrison County Parkway Commission, and Mississippi Superconducting Super Collider Authority

Abolishes the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women, Council on Obesity Prevention and Management, Mississippi Interagency Council on Homelessness, and Mississippi Council of Advisors in Acupuncture

Transfers functions of the Mississippi Commission on the Holocaust to the Mississippi Department of Education and functions of the Mississippi Civil Rights Museum Advisory Commission to the Department of Archives and History

Repeals commissions related to Civil War commemoration, including the Civil War Battlefield Commission and the Sesquicentennial of the American Civil War Commission, as well as provisions for Beauvoir (Jefferson Davis Shrine)

Effective date of July 1, 2026
