Establishes the "Our House Residential Multi-Service Center Program" as a pilot initiative at the CWC in Pike County under the Mississippi Department of Corrections to provide comprehensive reentry services to formerly incarcerated individuals under community supervision for at least two years following release.

Eligibility requires participants to be unemployed, homeless or at-risk, have no convictions for violent crimes, sex crimes, or arson, be capable of self-care, and agree to drug testing and program compliance.

Participants must contribute 25-30% of their income toward room, board, and transportation (increasing to 50%), plus deposit 25% into a mandatory savings account.

The program consists of five phases spanning approximately 6-9 months: Orientation/Assessment (30 days), Self-Discovery (30+ days), Workforce Development (up to 90 days), Transitional/Re-entry (up to 30 days), and Aftercare Services (60-90 days).

Requires annual reports to the Legislature on program outcomes and financial savings, plus independent evaluations every two years to assess impact on recidivism and community reintegration.
