Expands Mississippi's gambling prohibitions to explicitly include online, interactive, and computerized versions of games, online race books, sports pools, and sweepstakes casino-style games

Increases criminal penalties from misdemeanors to felonies, with fines up to $100,000 and imprisonment up to 10 years for violations including operating illegal online gambling platforms

Authorizes forfeiture of assets, rights, and privileges used in connection with illegal gambling operations to the State of Mississippi or the county where violations occurred

Creates safe harbor protections for internet service providers, cable companies, telecommunications services, and app stores that merely transmit content or link to third-party platforms without directly accepting or processing wagers

Allows the Attorney General or prosecutors to try violations in either the county where the crime occurred or in Hinds County, and permits the Gaming Commission to enter contingency fee agreements for forfeited assets
