Adds a dosage unit threshold (267 or more dosage units) as an alternative to the existing weight threshold (200 grams or more) for charging aggravated trafficking of Schedule I or II controlled substances

Conviction for aggravated trafficking carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years to life imprisonment with no possibility of parole, probation, or sentence reduction

Fines for aggravated trafficking range from $5,000 to $1,000,000

Excludes marijuana and synthetic cannabinoids from the aggravated trafficking provision

Amends Mississippi Code Section 41-29-139, effective immediately upon passage
