Requires the Mississippi Commissioner of Insurance to suspend bail agent licenses when a court renders a civil judgment against the agent for monies owed to an insurer or professional bail agent related to employment or termination

Allows suspended license holders to request a reinstatement hearing after satisfying the court judgment, with reinstatement granted upon proof of satisfaction

Clarifies that credit card transaction fees, bond transfer fees, and other legally authorized fees are not considered part of the premium, commission, or fee charged by bail agents

Authorizes courts to assess the cost of serving process on bail agents (by personal service or certified mail) against the defendant in criminal cases

Takes effect July 1, 2026, but contains a repealer clause that would repeal the act on June 30, 2026
