Sheriffs must include additional information in jail dockets for persons awaiting trial: full name, age, race, sex, commitment date, arresting agency, offenses charged, bond amount, and grand jury indictment date if applicable

Jail dockets must now record the arresting agency, bond amount, and indictment date for all prisoners, in addition to previously required information

Sheriffs must submit updated jail dockets to the board of supervisors via the Chancery Clerk before the board's first monthly meeting, rather than at regular meetings

The board of supervisors president and interested members must examine the jail docket to allow the report to be spread upon the board's official minutes
