Creates a private civil cause of action allowing individuals to sue anyone who manufactures, distributes, mails, prescribes, or provides abortion-inducing drugs in Mississippi, with strict, absolute, and joint and several liability for wrongful death or personal injury to an unborn child or pregnant woman

Prohibits creating websites, apps, or software that assist individuals in obtaining abortion-inducing drugs, and bans providing information on how to obtain such drugs when integral to conduct constituting a civil or criminal offense

Establishes a 6-year statute of limitations and allows market-share liability against manufacturers when the specific source of the drug cannot be identified

Eliminates most traditional legal defenses including comparative negligence, assumption of risk, consent, lack of proximate cause, and reliance on laws of other states including interstate abortion shield laws

Provides immunity for internet service providers, search engines, and cloud service providers, and exempts pregnant women from liability for their own conduct in seeking or using abortion-inducing drugs
