Converts four Mississippi restitution centers (Greenwood, Flowood, Hinds County, and Pascagoula) into post-release reentry centers operated by the Department of Corrections

Eligible individuals include those approved for release, parole, or early release supervision who lack immediate access to housing or support services, with a maximum stay of 90 days or until other housing becomes available

Requires the Department of Corrections to provide residents with counseling, housing assistance, job training, state-issued identification, healthcare, educational services, drug and alcohol treatment, and cognitive behavioral programs

Directs the department to seek federal and other funding sources to support residents and their families, and to develop evidence-based pilot programs for successful community reentry

Repeals existing statutory authority for restitution centers under Sections 99-37-19 and 99-37-21 of the Mississippi Code
