Mandates written parental consent before student participation and requires accommodations for students with disabilities or health concerns; students cannot handle hazardous materials

Requires the Department of Education to collect data on student/teacher feedback and school climate, then submit a report to the Legislature by December 31, 2028 with recommendations on the program's future
