Establishes requirements for custom slaughter exemption of cattle, sheep, swine, and goats in Mississippi under new Section 75-35-35

Requires livestock sale/purchase to be completed before slaughter, with owner contact information provided to the slaughter plant

Allows animals presented to licensed slaughter plants to have multiple owners, with customers permitted to inspect and choose their animal

Mandates all meat be stamped "Not for Sale" and restricts use to owners, household members, nonpaying guests, and employees

Prohibits pricing based on dressed or final meat weight; only per-head or live weight pricing is allowed
