Requires every Mississippi school board to adopt a policy regarding daily, voluntary student participation in prayer and Bible reading, effective July 1, 2026

Establishes limited public forums for student speakers at school events including football games, athletic events, daily announcements, assemblies, pep rallies, and graduation ceremonies

Prohibits discrimination against students who express religious viewpoints during permitted speaking opportunities, while requiring schools to issue disclaimers stating student speech does not reflect district positions

Allows students to organize prayer groups, religious clubs, and religious gatherings before, during, and after school with the same access to facilities as non-religious student groups

Permits students to express religious beliefs in homework, artwork, and assignments without penalty or reward based on religious content, judged only by academic standards
