School boards must allow a Christian Bible to be visible and accessible to students in every public school classroom and library, with the Bible provided by persons or entities other than the school district

Daily recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance is required at the beginning of the first hour of class each day school is in session

Students and teachers who object to reciting the Pledge of Allegiance may be excused without penalty, but schools must arrange for an objecting teacher's students to still participate

Anyone with knowledge of a school or teacher failing to comply with Pledge of Allegiance requirements may report the violation to the local school board, which must take action to ensure compliance

Takes effect July 1, 2026
