Establishes a letter grade accountability system (A, B, C, D, or F) for community public water systems serving at least 15 year-round service connections or 25 year-round consumers

Grades will be based on federal and state water quality violation history, financial sustainability, operation and maintenance performance, infrastructure condition, customer satisfaction, and secondary contaminant levels

Mississippi State Board of Health must create rules assigning point values to each criterion using objective, weighted-average calculations for fair assessments

Annual report with scores and letter grades for each water system must be published on the Board's website beginning January 1, 2028

Water systems must notify customers of their published score and letter grade within 30 days of publication
