Requires all new, renewed, or duplicate Mississippi driver's licenses, temporary permits, and commercial driver's licenses to display the holder's sex as determined at birth, and specifies that court orders cannot override this requirement

Invalidates driver's licenses issued by other states to individuals who could not prove lawful presence in the United States at the time of issuance, prohibiting holders from legally operating motor vehicles in Mississippi

Mandates peace officers who stop drivers using such invalidated out-of-state licenses to issue citations for driving without a license and refer the individual to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Requires justice court judges, license examiners, and Department of Public Safety employees who encounter individuals using these invalidated licenses to refer them to ICE

Takes effect July 1, 2026
