Creates the Mississippi Glacier (ICE) Grant Program within the Department of Public Safety to fund state and local law enforcement agencies participating in the federal 287(g) immigration enforcement program

Eligible recipients must have a signed Memorandum of Agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the 287(g) program

Grants may reimburse expenses including detention bed subletting to ICE, equipment, travel, lodging, and training programs related to federal immigration law enforcement

Grants awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with consideration given to prior year recipients; agencies cannot receive grants for activities already covered by federal or other funding

Establishes the Mississippi Glacier (ICE) Grant Program Fund in the State Treasury, with unexpended funds rolling over each fiscal year rather than lapsing to the General Fund; effective July 1, 2026
