Brings forward Sections 9-23-1 through 9-23-23 of the Mississippi Code (the Alyce Griffin Clarke Intervention Court Act), which establishes drug courts, mental health courts, veterans courts, and other problem-solving courts to address alcohol/drug addiction and related criminal offenses

Establishes the Administrative Office of Courts as responsible for certifying and monitoring intervention courts, with an 11-member State Intervention Courts Advisory Committee appointed by the Supreme Court to develop evaluation plans and standards

Sets eligibility requirements excluding participants with violent felony convictions within 10 years, pending violent crime charges, dwelling burglary charges, DUI offenses resulting in death, or drug trafficking convictions

Requires certified intervention courts to collect and report monthly data including participant numbers, successful completions, new arrests, violations, and risk assessments to the Administrative Office of Courts

Brings forward Section 9-25-1 authorizing circuit court judges to establish Veterans Treatment Courts for military veterans suffering from conditions like PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or substance abuse issues related to their service
