Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to post security personnel at the Mississippi Department of Agriculture buildings at 121 North Jefferson Street and the Farmers Market Building at High and Jefferson Streets in Jackson

Removes the previous legislative prohibition that prevented stationing security personnel at these Department of Agriculture facilities

Permits the Department of Public Safety to provide regular vehicle patrols and respond to security system alarms at these locations

Takes effect July 1, 2026
